These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and travel services offered by Amazing Slovenia (operated by Lunanai, Ljubljana, Slovenia). By booking a journey with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our services
Amazing Slovenia offers personalised, curated travel experiences across Slovenia for international travellers. This includes itinerary planning, accommodation selection, guided experiences, and local logistics coordination. All journeys are designed exclusively for the client based on their specific inquiry.
What you cannot do
You may not reproduce, resell or distribute any itinerary, plan or content created by Amazing Slovenia without written permission. You may not use our services for commercial group resale without a separate agreement.
Security & Payments
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your journey. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival. Payments are processed securely via bank transfer or Stripe. All prices are quoted in EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Data Collection
We collect only the data necessary to plan your journey — name, email, travel dates and preferences. Your data is never sold to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Conclusion
